Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Costs:

  • UK Flat Rate £4.99.
  • UK Free Shipping - All Orders Over £50.

Shipping times estimated at:

  • Your order is typically packed within one business day & shipped the same day or next day, if past the PO cut off point.
  • Parcels arrive typically within one to four days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note the number you receive is a proof of delivery/signed for number rather than a tracking number. 

Damaged Items in Transit Shipping Policy:

In the unfortunate event that your ordered item arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps to ensure a prompt resolution:

  1. Contact Support: Kindly reach out to our dedicated support team at support@rainbowlife.co.uk within 10 days of receiving the damaged item. Please use "[Order Number] - Damaged" as the subject line and include a detailed description of the damage sustained.

  2. Provide Photo Proof: To expedite the resolution process, attach clear and comprehensive photographs showcasing the extent of the damage to the item and its packaging. This visual evidence will help us understand the situation better.

  3. Replacement Product or Refund: Upon receiving your communication and photo proof, we will assess the situation and determine whether a replacement product or a refund is most appropriate. If a replacement is chosen, we will ship a new product to you at no additional cost. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can proceed with refunding the entire order amount.
