I love sea swimming so I could not resist this notebook. The 'Vitamin Sea'- how right she is! The recent increase in wild swimming in the UK is quite astounding.

Much research has been carried out to investigate the benefits of plunging yourself into cold water.  

One of my best friends who struggles with depression has taken up wild swimming and it most certainly helps her beat the blues. She now swims every day at sunrise and even just seeing her pictures cheers me up. 

This A5 notebook is printed in the UK on recycled paper with eco friendly inks and has 80 blank pages. Vitamin Sea is a unique collection of illustrations that evokes the sights, scenes and memories of the perfect coastal days, at any time of year.

The Vitamin Sea collection focusses on seaside activities that we all know and recognise. 

I will buy more of this beautiful series for our customers but I chose first her image of sea swimming as it evokes strong memories for me. More to follow...

Story

Onneke is a small UK business based in Seaford, Sussex. Onneke is an illustrator and designer who creates beautiful, stylised images of landscapes and coastal scenes. She brings her love of nature to each design, and with them creates high-quality cards and prints in her Seaford studio and shop. About Onneke in her own words:

'My favourite thing about living in Seaford has always been the incredible nature we have around us. From the beach, to the cliffs, to the fields, the forest and the rivers. I love walking around all these beautiful places and have started to capture them in my own bright and colourful way'.
