Apply every evening gently over the affected area. If the pain is very bad apply again in the morning and top up during the day if needed.

This Muscle Ease Massage Oil is made with a carefully selected blend of Lavender, Peppermint and Eucalyptus Essential Oils and Pure Grapeseed Oil.

Lavender oil is said promote relaxation and is used to treat anxiety, allergies, depression, eczema, nausea, and cramps.

Peppermint oil is known to be excellent for mental fatigue and depression, refreshing and stimulating with its menthol content.

Eucalyptus soothes muscle and joint pains, helps to heal wounds and is said to promote activity, vitality, and energy.
