This is a premium essential blend with a wonderfully stimulating and refreshing mix of Peppermint, Frankincense and Lemon to revitalise energy levels during a hectic day.

Stay alert and combat fatigue whilst driving by putting a few drops on a tissue, or even better on one of these Car Diffuser Kits.

Take a relaxing bath before bed with this oil blend, place few drops of oil on your feet or your palms or use oil burners to diffuse aroma throughout the room.

Shake well and apply generously on wrists or back of the neck as desired.

As this product range is made of pure essential oil blends for those with sensitive skin we recommend to dilute with our base oils.

Ingredients: Peppermint, Frankincense and Lemon

Some of the ways Aromatherapy essential oils are designed to be used:

• Bath- diluted 3-8 drops, undiluted 1-4 drops
• Foot bath- 5-8 drops in bowl of water. Fill a large bowl with warm water, add the essential oil. For a relaxing foot bath place some round, smooth pebbles in the bottom of the bowl and rub feet back and forth gently over them.
• Diffusers- for simple non-electric diffusers, fill the reservoir with water and add a few drops of oils.
• Massage oil- 10-30 drops to each 30ml of carrier oil. 
• Pillows- 1-3 drops placed on the corner or underside of pillow away from eyes.
• Room sprays- as a room purifier 10-20 drops per pint of water. Combine in a mister and shake vigorously as essential oils are not water soluble. Avoid spraying over anything that could be damaged by water.

Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
